Complete Replacement – $735
Includes installation labor fee ($100) of Tartan Fields whole unit ($635). It includes the HOA required white post, Lg Architectural box, and has numbers silver reflective numbers on both sides.
Box Only Replacement – $100
Includes replacement labor fee ($50) of Mounting Plate ($10) and new white Lg Architectural box ($40).
Post Straightening ($50)
Bring current mailbox unit to plumb and stabilize with Quickcrete gravel product
*Note: If the post is compromised under the ground, a replacement would be required.
Whole Unit Painting ($90)
We will scrape and sand peeling areas, then re-paint the box and post. If new numbers are needed, they are an additional $5 each.
Aluminum Trim Guard ($35)
An optional 5-inch aluminum wrap at the base of the post to protect the post from grass trimmer and mower damage.
